Reactionary faction of high court splits, with only Alito and Gorsuch voting against ACA; Mitch McConnell's strategy for court is in crisis; Helped along by ACA expansion, Medicaid grows by 9 million to top 80.5 million, a new "high water mark".

 

Next task is passing full infrastructure bill.

 

Biden's re-invigoration of free world alliances while opening dialogue with Russia is substantial achievement; GOP slanders of Biden refuted by Putin.
