With allies from G-7, Indo-Pacific Quad, Nato 30, and EU 27 lined up behind him, President came to Geneva with support from a united front of democracies; Putin politely warned to back off 16 key cyber targets, or else; both ambassadors will return to their embassies, and joint working group will promote strategic stability; Biden points to Russia's long and vulnerable border with Chinese aggressors; Talks were constructive, with disagreements but no hostility, says Putin, calling Biden balanced and experienced, with attractive moral values; human rights, Arctic, and Ukraine also on agenda;

After unanimous approval in Senate, House votes 415-14 to make Juneteenth a new federal holiday; Biden should sign measure into law before Saturday to implement day off for all!
